Dream Tiger
a tribute to Borges
We wake up with wet furs
between our teeth.
During late hours, the tiger
comes out from under our bed.
The tiger licks our dreamy
eyes and mumbling lips. Sometimes
we dream the tiger drowning at sea.
comes out from under our bed.
The tiger licks our dreamy
eyes and mumbling lips. Sometimes
we dream the tiger drowning at sea.
We wake up with wet furs
between our teeth.
